IMPORTANT INFORMATION Please read the information below before bidding as this explains how we, European Asset Management & Auctions Group Ltd work, and responsibilities of both us and you as a buyer for all auction sales. • Our auctions are TRAD E ONLY • By bidding on lots, buyers accept that they are acting as a business and as such the sale is NOT a business to consumer contract • EAMA Group are agents of the seller and all descriptions are given based on the information provided by the seller and we are not responsible for the accuracy of these descriptions • All lots are sold as seen and as such there are no guarantees or warrantees given or implied • If you have any queries regarding an item or would like to arrange a viewing, please contact us at admin@eama.group • Viewing and collection of lots is by appointment only • Buyers Premium of up to 25% and VAT if applicable at 20% will be added on top of the hammer price (The price that you bid) – Please review each listing for the specific percentage. • Payment must be made within 24hrs of receipt of invoice otherwise late payment fees of 5% a day will apply with a minimum of £20. • You will receive a collection date upon us receiving payment from you, this collection date will usually be within 1 week of the end of the auction unless stated otherwise in the auction description - Upon you receiving a collection date the goods must be collected on that date. A grace period of 3 days from that date will be provided (Unless a specific date is provided in the description) and from day 4 a storage charge of 5% a day will apply with a minimum charge of £20 - Your goods will not be released until the extra fees are paid – After 20 days of none payment of fees or none collection of your goods they will be classed as abandoned and ownership will transfer to EAMA with no refund provided.
