The Buyer accepts that this is a 'trade only' auction sale where bidders may be on-line or in person and as such is not a consumer sale for the purposes of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (which replaced the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended by the Sal e and Supply of Goods Act 1994) and the Unfair Contract Terms Act Regulations 1977 / 1999 and the Buyer shall not seek to rely upon any conditions or warranties implied within. All products are described to the best of our knowledge, we take no responsibility for any listing errors, we advise that you check the images and if unsure contact us so we can try and get further information, you may be able to arrange a viewing prior to you placing a bid. If you turn up without an appointment you will be turned away. If you require assistance with loading (if available and/or arranged) a lift on fee may apply Late collections will be subject to a surcharge of 1% a day of the full hammer value with a minimum charge of £20.
