Please be aware that items won in this auction may not be available for delivery before Christmas or during the festive period. KEY TERMS: The Buyer accepts that this is a 'trade only' auction sale where bidders may be on-line or in person a nd as such is not a consumer sale for the purposes of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (which replaced the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended by the Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994) and the Unfair Contract Terms Act Regulations 1977 / 1999 and the Buyer shall not seek to rely upon any conditions or warranties implied within. All products are described to the best of our knowledge, we take no responsibility for any listing errors, we advise that you check the images and if unsure contact us so we can try and get further information, you may be able to arrange a viewing prior to you placing a bid. If you turn up without an appointment you will be turned away. If you require assistance with loading (if available and/or arranged) a lift on fee may apply Late collections will be subject to a surcharge of 1% a day of the full hammer value with a minimum charge of £20. You must arrive in a suitable vehicle to collect all your lots within your designated time slot. Any of your remaining goods that are still in our possession after your designated time slot will not be released until all charges are settled - If the bill is not settled and / or your stock hasn't been collected within 30 days of your designated time slot the ownership of the lots will transfer to European Asset Management and Auction Group Ltd and you will not be refunded for your lots. The price you bid excludes VAT and Buyers Premium which you pay should you win with the highest bid. Failure to collect your goods on time within the dedicated time slot can incur additional fees, please refer to the full T&C's below.
