Tiny House - 8.5m x 2.5m - 2 bed - 60 Year Warranty*

Tiny House - 8.5m x 2.5m - 2 bed https://youtu.be/l3FgIfyQ8Jw VENDORS NOTES: As a lover of the countryside and sustainable living, my dream was to own a property where nature was on my doorstep, somewhere where there was a community of l ike-minded individuals, or the opportunity to build one. However, as a young person still living with my parents and starting up my own business, I soon realised that there were very few affordable houses out there, especially in rural locations. This led me to do some research into alternative living and subsequently to the ‘Tiny Home Communities’ out there in the UK. The dream then became a reality and something that I felt was tangible. I was determined to design my own Tiny House and bring my ideas to life. A big attraction of the tiny house was its direct effect of minimising our impact on the natural world. With its diminutive size, it required far less electricity to heat, cool and light. Smaller kitchen appliances also meant less energy being consumed. The tiny house also presented the opportunity for solar energy and wind power to be used either in full, or as a hybrid supplement to conventional power sources After looking at many standard designs, I felt the best approach for me would be to design my own bespoke version and then find a reliable company to build it. I drew my ‘ideal’ Tiny House by hand and took my drawings to a master craftsman. Chris the builder loved the design and we worked together in seeing the drawings come to life. Chris has been specialising in building tiny mobile structures for over 20 years and his team have built and delivered tiny houses across the UK and even to the European mainland. Handmade from eco-friendly materials and equipped to the highest standard, I felt it would allow me to live self-sufficiently without compromising on any of the luxuries of modern living. With my ‘perfect’ home now built, I was so much closer to living the dream, then Covid hit and I, like many, had to focus on ways to keep my business running through such very hard times. The most obvious now is, to do the unimaginable, and sell my Tiny Home in order to raise some capital. I considered the AirBnB self-catering route but I just do not have the spare time to invest in looking for land and setting this up, so I have decided I have no option but to look to sell it. I originally had this up for sale at £75k I have however decided I need this sold as soon as possible for personal circumstances I am therefore happy to lose money on this and to put it up for auction with a much lower reserve to be met, in the hope that someone sees this as either their ideal home or as a great option for a second income in the way of renting/holiday let - So you can be in for a bargain!
